A two-story, UN-BUILT mall expansion resulted in a 225,400 SF mixed-use (retail, restaurant & multi-cinema) facility consisting of two separate, 56,000 SF lower retail buildings separated by a pedestrian concourse; an 18-screen, 93,000 SF multi-cinema complex on the second floor; and two 10,000 SF restaurants along with a 30-foot wide pedestrian bridge.
