Project: Burbank Entertainment Village
Location: Burbank, CA

18,000 SF of shell retail space, 20,000 SF of restaurant, a three-level 110,520 SF parking garage, a 121,143 SF 16-plex theatre (with fit-out) and pedestrian mall linked to the downtown core resulted in a 276,000 SF, four-level, retail/entertainment hub. AN EXISTING STREET WAS CONVERTED TO THE PEDESTRIAN PLAZA WITH ART IN PUBLIC SPACES FUNDING.
